The design for this site was by Take Aim Creative Solutions, we installed and customised WordPress, created a custom theme and modified the CSV Importer Plugin to import Pear’s Properties pre-existing data.

Highlights of the site include use of brand new WordPress 3 features: Custom Posts Types and Menu Management as well as custom post meta panels and custom taxonomies.

In addition to the WordPress trickery, the jQuery Datatables plugin was used, along with some additional php to track user preferences, as well as the innerfade plugin, which we later converted to a WordPress post gallery plugin.

For our final trick, we used a bit of jQuery to pass agent and property data to an otherwise static Contact Form 7 online form.
